Whether this is your first or your tenth retreat, you’ll never receive an experience quite like this. Leading health professionals, Rachel & Amanda, will guide you through a whole-body journey. Understand where imbalances come from, how to become an advocate for your health, and how to use food as medicine. You will walk away with clarity as to why you don’t feel your best and a game plan to rid your life of pesky symptoms once and for all.
Amanda Rigby RD, LDN is the owner of virtual private practice, HealThy Self Nutrition. As a Registered Dietitian with a focus on functional nutrition and addressing the underlying cause of disease, Amanda works to build therapeutic partnerships with her clients to offer an individualized approach to health. She views the body as an interconnected system and works hard to choose foods and nutrients that support the body’s systems, allowing them to work together to heal. You won’t find a more detective-like health care provider.
Rachel Pelisson, MS, RDN, LDN, CHC, CLT is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach. Rachel has a virtual nutrition practice which allows her to see clients all over the US and internationally. Her practice focuses on chronic illness & mystery symptoms, primarily in women’s health. She loves connecting clients with the healing power of plants that lead to dramatic improvements in health, not only physically, but emotionally & spiritually as well.
The Paradise Farmhouse is located on the 325 acre Norman Bird Sanctuary, just outside historic Newport, Rhode Island.
